Cotter Water Tower
Cotter, Baxter County

Before 1935, Cotter had no water system at all. That year the Pittsburgh-Des Moines Steel Company built this steel tower with help from the Public Works Administration, near Highway 62. According to its nomination, it was still the town's only water facility.
