Lamar Porter Athletic Field
Little Rock, Pulaski County

The WPA built this ballpark and its concrete grandstand for the Little Rock Boys' Club starting in 1934, and teams were playing here by 1936. It is named for Lamar Porter, a young Little Rock man killed in a car accident in 1934. Future Hall of Famer Brooks Robinson played here. Ball teams still use it.
